Welcome to the 40 bags in 40 days decluttering challenge for Lent. This challenge was brought to my attention by a catechist at my church during one of our family sessions. I thought it would be great to not only share the challenge; but to also take it a step further and work along with you!
Every day a new 5 minute video will be uploaded to this page for anyone to follow along with. We will work our way through our home, 5 minutes at a time, every day during Lent. The goal is to fill a bag with at least 5 items (or more!) with either donations or trash (or both!) depending on the space.
Work along with me at any time of day convenient for you – however try not to spend more than 5 minutes on a space as I don’t want you to get overwhelmed and give up.
